I offer 1-1 psychic tarot card readings online via Zoom or in-person. Choose from a 30 minute or 1 hour reading.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps to relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and pain, through deep relaxation.
I offer Reiki healing sessions at my premises in Stow Maries. If you would prefer to enjoy your treatment in the comfort of your own home, I will bring your healing Reiki session to you!
YOGA & Somatics
My classes blend somatics with different forms of yoga: hatha,
yin and restorative.
Would you like to feel more grounded, present, and connected with yourself? Book a private 1-1, group class or on-line course.
I am also available to run courses and teach classes on-site for groups, including businesses, organisations and schools, at events or retreats, and for local community or leisure centres.
Working with Children
I am one of only a few Conductive Education 'therapists' in Essex, with 23 years of experience. I work primarily with young children and babies who have a range of complex and challenging conditions, including cerebral palsy, PMLD, spina bifida, and muscular dystrophy.
If you are a parent of a child who has a disability, I will show you practical ways to facilitate your child’s active participation throughout the day, improve their well-being, and how to create ongoing opportunities for them to learn and succeed.
All children can benefit from yoga! I teach Special Yoga on Zoom and in-person, and am available to special schools, nurseries, respite hospices and holiday clubs who would like to introduce this calming, beneficial practice into their curriculum or holiday programme.
