Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To  ensure practices are appropriate for each client, and modifications given      where applicable
• To advise clients of suitability of a particular class, or to prepare personal programmes
• To provide safe and appropriate sessions for each child according to their needs
• To provide private sessions in the home, school or workplace

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• Provide newsletter with essential details such as schedule, link to online classes, booking details and confirmation, and other relevant tips or information related to classes and courses
• Ensure practices are appropriate for each client, and modifications given where applicable
• Advise clients of suitability of a particular class, or to prepare personal programmes
• To provide safe and appropriate sessions for each child according to their needs

I do not share this information with any other organisation or professional.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored digitally on Dropbox, or on paper in a secure room.

Your information is kept for four years from our last session together. Digital information will be deleted, and paper files will be shredded.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
