We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To ensure practices are appropriate for each client, and modifications given where applicable
- To advise clients of suitability of a particular class, or to prepare personal programmes
- To provide safe and appropriate sessions for each child according to their needs
- To provide private sessions in the home, school or workplace
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(c) We need it to perform a public task.

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
- Provide newsletter with essential details such as schedule, link to online classes, booking details and confirmation, and other relevant tips or information related to classes and courses
- Ensure practices are appropriate for each client, and modifications given where applicable
- Advise clients of suitability of a particular class, or to prepare personal programmes
- To provide safe and appropriate sessions for each child according to their needs
I do not share this information with any other organisation or professional.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored digitally on Dropbox, or on paper in a secure room.
Your information is kept for four years from our last session together. Digital information will be deleted, and paper files will be shredded.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
