Understanding the physical cause of stress and anxiety, and its relevance to our health and daily life, is a key component in actively reducing it.
I work with a range of organisations to cater for the wellbeing of their employees, and ultimately reduce the destructive impact of physical and mental ill-health on employee performance.
Investing in the wellbeing of employees is not only a responsible and moral course of conduct, but has a positive impact on the organisation as a whole.
